Founded by Xavier Billingsley, PMP, an Army veteran and senior program leader with more than twenty years of experience across health insurance, construction, and technology, PPM University helps project managers rise from task-takers to strategic leaders.

Hi, I'm Xavier 

PPM University's Founder

 

Xavier Billingsley is the founder and CSO of PPM University, a PMI Authorized Training Partner and project management consulting firm based in Chicago. She is an Army veteran and senior program leader with more than twenty years of experience delivering complex initiatives in the health insurance, construction, and software industries.

During Xavier's career in corporate america she worked her way up from a project coordinator to an associate principal program manager. She did this by relying on grit, discipline, and the belief that execution is a skill anyone can master. Today, she teaches project managers how to think more strategically, communicate with confidence, and deliver value their organizations can measure.

She is known for her direct and nurturing teaching style, practical frameworks, and the ability to make complex concepts simple. Xavier has trained professionals around the world, and she partners with PMOs to build capability, strengthen execution, and develop high-performing project teams.

For the past three years, Xavier has also served as a global PMO Awards judge, evaluating PMOs from around the world on strategy, governance, delivery excellence, and organizational impact. This role gives her a front-row view of what separates high-performing PMOs from the rest, and she brings those insights directly into her teaching and consulting.

She is also the creator of the Align-Ai Framework and the SAiPM-CP Certification, a first-of-its-kind program that prepares project managers to lead AI initiatives with clarity and business-focused strategy.

Above all, Xavier is committed to helping people step into their power as leaders. Her upcoming book, You're Already a Project Manager (You Just Don’t Know It Yet), teaches everyday people how to apply project management principles to build better lives, careers, and relationships.
